1. Information We Collect
To process your order and comply with Canadian law, we collect:
Contact Information: Name, shipping address, and email.
Payment Data: We do not store your bank login details. For Interac E-Transfers, we only see the sender name and the email address associated with the transfer as provided by your financial institution.
Age Verification: We may collect date-of-birth data to ensure all customers are 19+ (the legal age for botanical research purchases in Ontario).
2. How We Use Your Information
To fulfill and ship your orders within Ontario.
To send order confirmations and tracking numbers.
To prevent fraudulent transactions.
3. Interac E-Transfer Security
We utilize the secure Interac E-Transfer system, which means your sensitive financial data stays between you and your bank. We never have access to your bank account or PIN. We recommend using a unique Security Question and Answer for every transaction that is not easily guessed.
4. Data Retention
Under the Consumer Privacy Protection Act (CPPA), you have the right to request that we delete your personal information once your transaction is complete and the mandatory tax-record period has passed.

By using Kratom Delivery Canada, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least 19 years of age and a resident of Canada to purchase from this store. By placing an order, you certify that you meet these age requirements.
2. Nature of the Product (Botanical Research)
All products sold on this site are for botanical research, collection, and incense purposes only. They are not sold for human consumption. Kratom Delivery Canada is not liable for any use of our products outside of these stated purposes.
3. Payment Terms (Interac E-Transfer)
Completion: Orders are not processed or shipped until the Interac E-Transfer is received and cleared.
Auto-Deposit: We utilize Interac Auto-Deposit for speed and security. Ensure your “Memo” or “Message” field includes your Order Number to prevent delays.
Cancellations: Once an E-Transfer has been accepted by our system, the transaction is considered final under the “Internet Agreement” rules of the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship exclusively within Canada. While we aim for 1-2 day delivery within the GTA and 3-4 days for wider Ontario, we are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or third-party couriers. All orders over $50 are subject to the protections outlined in the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.
