Apartments and student housing
Ottawa has a lot of apartment buildings around Centretown, Sandy Hill and the university areas, and this is worth thinking about before you order.
If your building has no locked lobby or parcel room, packages left inside an open entrance go missing more often. Two things work better: use a work address, or have it held at your local post office with Canada Post FlexDelivery and collect it yourself.
If you are in a house, or a building with a concierge, ordinary delivery is fine and there is nothing extra to do.

Timing your order
An order placed on Friday evening ships Monday, so a weekend adds to it. If you are running low, ordering Monday to Thursday gets it to you faster than the same order placed two days later.
Buying locally in Ottawa
Some Ottawa smoke shops stock kratom. Before you buy from any of them, ask to see a lab certificate for the batch on the shelf.
Nobody in Canada is required to test kratom, so that certificate is the only way to know what is actually in it. Every batch we ship has been checked by an outside lab for heavy metals, bacteria and mould. Our About page lists exactly what we test for and why.
