Welcome to Kratom Delivery Canada. Because we respect your privacy, this privacy policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We also follow Canada’s privacy law, PIPEDA.
2. Information We Collect
Personal information: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, which you give us when you place an order, contact us or sign up for our newsletter.
Order information: what you ordered and when.
Website information: your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies.
Age confirmation: confirmation that you are of legal age. We may check photo ID at delivery, but we never keep a copy.
We do not store your card number. Instead, our payment processor handles payments.

- To send promotions and newsletters, if you asked to receive them.

In particular, drivers receive only your name, address, phone number and order details. Everyone we work with must also protect your information and use it only for the service they provide to us. 7. Where We Store Your Information and How Long We Keep It
Some of our providers store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, it is subject to that country’s laws.
We keep order records for seven years, as Canadian tax rules require. Messages are kept up to two years. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. After that we delete the information.
8. Data Security
Our website uses SSL encryption. In addition, accounts are password protected, and only staff who need your information can access it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach ever puts you at real risk, we will notify you and report it to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
9. Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you and send you a copy.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information, apart from records we must keep by law.
- Stop sending you marketing messages.
Email us and we will respond within 10 days, at no charge. To stop marketing emails, click unsubscribe. Similarly, to stop texts, reply STOP. You will still receive messages about orders you have placed.
10. Age Restriction
Our products are for adults who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and we may ask for proof of age at delivery.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will announce them on our website or by email.
