Ordering from the tri-cities
Order through the shop. Order earlier in the day and it usually ships the same day, arriving the next.
Next-day is the norm here, not the best case. We still quote 1 to 2 days. We would rather under-promise than have you waiting on a number we picked because it sounded good.
Student and shared addresses
Waterloo has a lot of shared student housing. Put your name on the order if several people live at the address. If your building does not take parcels, have it held at your local post office with Canada Post FlexDelivery instead.
Buying locally in Waterloo Region
Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge all have shops that stock kratom. Before you buy from any of them, ask to see a lab certificate for the batch on the shelf.
Nobody in Canada has to test kratom. That certificate is the only way to know what is in the bag. Every batch we send has been tested by an outside lab for heavy metals, bacteria and mould. Our About page lists what we check for.
