About Kratom Delivery Canada
Everyone selling kratom in Canada says theirs is the best, but almost nobody says what that means. Our answer at Kratom Delivery Canada: the batch you can check. Tested by an outside lab, kept to one harvest per batch, and sold by a Vaughan team that follows the rules instead of talking around them.
A Canadian seller who gives straight answers
Kratom is legal to buy and own in Canada. However, Health Canada has not approved it for eating or drinking, so we sell it as a botanical specimen, and an outside lab tests every batch. That one fact, above all, shapes everything we do.
We are not going to tell you what kratom does for you, since we are not allowed to and nobody selling it is qualified to say. Instead, what we can tell you is what we sell, where it comes from and how it gets to you.
Following the rules, not talking around them
Unless Health Canada approves it, no seller in Canada can lawfully sell kratom for eating or drinking, promise it will help with anything or give dosage advice. Therefore, any seller doing those things is breaking that rule, which tells you something about how carefully they run everything else.
We also do not sell 7-OH or any strong extract. It is made from kratom rather than being plain leaf, and regulators handle it very differently. The full legal position, including how the provinces differ, is on its own page.
A seller who gives you these things is following the rules. One who does not is worth knowing about before you order.
- A product labelled as a botanical specimen
- No health claims anywhere on the site
- No dosage advice
- No 7-OH or strong extracts next to plain leaf
Where our kratom comes from
Our leaf comes from growers in Southeast Asia, where people have harvested this plant for generations. Most of what makes kratom powder good or bad happens before it reaches Canada: how the leaf is dried, and whether one harvest is kept separate from another.
- One grade of leaf per batch, not a mix sold as one thing
- Dried under cover, never on open ground or roadside tarps
- Each harvest kept separate, so one batch stays one batch
- Sealed before it ships, not after it lands
Every batch is lab tested
Since nobody in Canada is required to test kratom, plenty of sellers do not bother. We send every batch to an outside lab before we sell it.
Testing the alkaloid content tells us the powder is real kratom leaf, and that is all we use it for. We also do not price batches by that number, and we do not claim a higher number means anything for you.

Who you are buying from
Kratom Delivery Canada is based in Vaughan, Ontario, but we ship across the country. Buying kratom here has mostly meant trusting strangers, and we are not going to say we fixed that. Instead, what we can do is be clear about what we sell, what the law says, what we test and what we will not sell at any price.

What makes one Canadian kratom seller better than another?
Three things you can check: whether every batch is tested by an outside lab, whether the leaf comes from one harvest or a warehouse mix, and whether they follow the rules instead of giving health and dosage advice they are not allowed to give.
Is kratom legal to buy and own in Canada?
Yes, but Health Canada has not approved it for eating or drinking. That is why it is sold as a botanical specimen. Our page Is Kratom Legal in Canada? covers the details.
Why do you sell it as a botanical specimen?
Because that is what the rules allow. In short, without Health Canada approval, no seller can lawfully sell kratom for eating or drinking.
Where can I buy kratom in Toronto and the GTA?
We deliver to 28 cities across the GTA and the towns around it, most of them the same day. When you send us your postal code, we will confirm yours.
What do you test for?
Every batch goes to an outside lab, which then checks it for heavy metals, bacteria, mould and alkaloid content.
How fast is delivery across Canada?
Same day across the GTA and the towns around it, while orders everywhere else leave within 24 hours on business days with live tracking.
How should I store it?
Sealed, cool, dark and dry, so keep it away from the kitchen, the bathroom and windowsills. When stored in a sealed bag or glass jar in a cupboard, it keeps for six to twelve months.
What will you not sell?
We do not sell 7-OH or any strong extract, nor anything for eating or drinking. We also do not sell to anyone under 19.
