Condo and apartment delivery
A large share of Toronto orders go to condo buildings, and this is where deliveries go wrong.
Send your unit number and buzzer code with the order. Without them, whoever is delivering can be standing outside a locked lobby with no way to reach you, and that is by a wide margin the most common reason a Toronto delivery runs late. If your building has a concierge who accepts packages, tell us and we will have it left there instead.
Some of the newer King West and Liberty Village towers have entrances on a different street from the mailing address. If yours does, a one-line note saves a phone call.
When your order arrives
Downtown and midtown addresses are usually the quickest. The far east and far west ends — outer Scarborough, north Etobicoke — take longer, and rush hour on the Gardiner or the 401 makes that worse.
Send us your postal code and we will tell you what to expect for your part of the city before you order. If you need a particular window, say so and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Ordering to a workplace
We deliver to offices as well as homes. Include the company name and suite number, and tell us if reception closes early — a package arriving at 5:30 to a locked office helps nobody.
